Searches & Fees
M. Thrailkill & Associates works on retained and/or contingency basis with its clients. All fees are paid for by the employer.
Our fees are determined by a number of qualifiers including position, volume of recruiting assignments being offered and guarantee period. Our goal is to build relations with Employers of Choice so we can better meet the career goals of professionals, while providing our clients the people to support their growth initiatives.
We support our clients in their search for field and corporate personnel across all disciplines. Although fees are determined on an individual basis, general guidelines are as follows:
- Corporate Management positions are generally placed for a fee of 20-25% of the annual base salary
- Corporate Director level positions are generally placed for a fee of 20% of the annual base salary
- Field Management positions are generally placed for a fee of 15-20% of the annual base salary
- Unit Level Management positions are generally placed for a fee of 10-15% of the annual base salary
Our guarantees are commensurate with the position. If an error was made in the selection of the candidate or for some reason the candidate hired does not work out, we will replace that candidate once, at no charge. This is based upon receiving the placement fee within thirty days of the candidates start date. Other restrictions may apply.
M. Thrailkill & Associates reserves the right to charge organizations for the time spent to source, interview and present qualified candidates should the search be withdrawn for reasons not previously communicated or reasons beyond M. Thrailkill and Associates control.
Candidates presented by M. Thrailkill & Associates are considered to be represented by M. Thrailkill & Associates for two years after date presented. A fee will be due to M. Thrailkill & Associates for candidates presented to the client that are hired within two years from date presented.
