Cindy Lavers
Administrative Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator

Cindy began her hospitality career as a server working for a local brewery and pool hall while in college at the University of Northern Colorado. After graduating with a degree in English Literature, Cindy moved to Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii where she began her career in the hotel service industry.

She worked as a Concierge for four years with a four diamond condominium resort The Ka’anapali’i Ali’i. Cindy was then recruited to the Ritz Carlton Kapalua where she worked in the business center assisting travelers as well as hotel personnel. Her two year tenure ended when she was recruited back to The Ka’anapali’I Ali’I resort as the Beach Activities Assistant Manager. After 10 years in Hawaii, Cindy elected to move back to Colorado to be closer to her family.

Cindy was a part of the opening team for Bent Fork the Grill which is an upscale independent restaurant located in a newly developed lifestyle center in Northern Colorado. Cindy was hired as the Administrative Assistant and quickly promoted to the Manager and Private Events Coordinator. She was there for two years before joining a young growing restaurant group called The Rustic Oven. She was the Front of House Manager and Private Events Coordinator at their location in Old Town Fort Collins before moving to the newly opened restaurant on the South side of town. Cindy was promoted to General Manager shortly after moving to this new location.

Cindy enjoys practicing yoga, working out, cooking and gardening. She is a volunteer at a local elementary school where she assists in reading to the students and grading papers. Cindy grew up on a horse ranch in the foothills of Colorado and still enjoys spending time on her family’s ranch where they continue to breed, train and show purebred Arabian horses. She has a cat named Parker who is a world class traveler.
